While pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management at Missouri State University, Niya was inspired by God to create Never Stop Ent. on October 11, 2020. Despite facing academic suspension during her sophomore year, she persevered, attending a community college for a semester before successfully completing her degree. Niya was raised without the presence of her mother and grandmothers, which shaped her resilience and determination.
 

Her passion for sports was nurtured by her father, grandfather, uncle, and boy cousins. As Never Stop Ent. grew, its deeper purpose became clear: helping individuals share their stories, connect with athletes, and embrace their challenges. Today, Never Stop Ent. offers coaching and motivational speaking services, providing guidance and insights to help people achieve success in the entertainment industry and beyond.
